Recruitment Process

STAGE 1: APPLICATION

Apply to position of interest in the website which is aligned with your educational background, skill set and experience under ‘Current Vacancies’.

STAGE 2: ASSESSMENT

Once your application is submitted into our system, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the position. Due to the large volume of candidate resumes we receive, only the most closely aligned candidates will be contacted directly. If you are not being contacted within 3 months, you application may be considered not successful.

STAGE 3: INTERVIEW

The interview process may include a Telephonic interview with a Gulf GRC Recruiter and a face-to-face/ online/skype interview. The primary purpose of the interview process is to assess the technical and cultural fit of the candidate with the needs of Gulf GRC and serves as a way for the candidate to gain a better understanding of the opportunity.

STAGE 4: SELECTION

Gulf GRC sends offer letter to the selected candidate and upon acceptance the candidate has to go to a medical examinations and immigration requirements before joining Gulf GRC inline with legal process of State of Qatar. In case of local recruitment, candidate can change company without going through medical examination

Intern Program

Kontruktion’s Internship Program plays an essential role in growing our talented team. Many former interns (89%!) are working their way through the ranks and shaping the future of Kontruktion on all levels. Kontruktion’s interns receive the opportunity to work with their teams on all phases of a project and have the opportunity to gain more responsibility over the course of multiple summers or with a semester long Co-Op. Kontruktion offers internships for students pursuing a career as a Project Manager or Superintendent and in additional company functions including marketing, accounting, information technology, and safety.
